It is very disappointing and a huge blow for Arsenal at a crucial moment like this when they have to go head to head against one of their worst rivals in the premier league. I am sure the opposition fans will be so excited about the recent development. I am hopeful Merino can fill in against Spurs because I hear he is back in training or we will see a pairing of Thomas Party and Jorginho in the weekend with Ethan Nwaneri starting against Spurs.

Definitely a huge and disappointing news coming from Norway, I have always been a huge critic of international breaks between the club football seasons. Yes there is possibility of him still picking up injuries even without the international matches but as I have always said it will be a very situation that could slim down chances without the international breaks. Players this days are just been treated as Roboots which is not good and they need to speak up even if they earn lots of money.

Arsenal have lost one of their best Arsenals at the moment. My Long time worry for them with this thin squad Is for them not to lose players like Rice, Saka and most importantly Odegaard. Odegaard to me is more important to Arsenal Than just any player, he is their main creator and usually has a hand in every of their changes created he is to Arsenal what Bruno Fernandez is to Manchester United, sadly all the players mentioned cannot completely replace him like Manchester City can De Bruyne in some matches hopefully he is not absent for a long time
