I'm not a fan of Juventus but still, I want to see Juventus in good form and get good results.
If you're not a fan, why do you expect Juventus to perform well this season? Are you betting on Juventus to be the champion in Serie A? 
Juventus had Allegri working on this team for a long time but during the time when he was working there he couldn't get good results and got fired from this team and that's why they hired Moota, While Motta got amazing results in Juventus so far and he got the team improved once he joined them but it is not enough yet
It is not the right time to compare Allegri and Motta. At least, we need to wait until this season ends.However, it is pretty true that Motta has done great job in Juventus so far.
