I took some guys advice here on forum to contact BK8 OP and he was really helpful. The guy was able to help me. BK8 even bypassed one of their rules and I was able to withdraw my money.
You all know well that the Sportsbooks and Casinos are happy to prevent you reaching your money citing their rules. I'm happy to tell you that this was not the case with BK8.

I posted this just because I'm grateful to OP, because even BK8 customer service did not do much about the case...
Yeah, it's understandable though since live support only forwards things to the higher-ups, often in other casinos, it is also filled with bots or simply mailing service...
I guess OP has a higher position than them.

Anyway, just communicate with @BK8.Official, he's the official customer support of BK8 in this forum. This issue should be easily solved.
I just felt it was different from cheater/abuser cases.
