By all these things, Pep Guardiola is able to use flexible tactics for his clubs and with his players, he can use them at multiple positions but make sure to maintain good performance of a whole team.
At Manchester City Pep Guardiola did not fully implement the tiki-taka strategy because the fast and hard style of play in the Premier League sometimes does not suit this strategy. Pep Guardiola also combines a strategy of attacking quickly and accurately through the wings and midfield even though it is not a strategy that is often applied by him. But Pep Guardiola's genius deserves appreciation because even though the players who came to Manchester City were not in star condition, they were able to develop quickly under his coaching.
