Today I did a very small transaction and ETA on my wallet suggested I made use of 3.2 sats/vbyte and it would arrive in the next block. However I didn't make use of 3.2 sats/vbyte I first went to check the MEMPOOL and I noticed 5 sats/vbyte for lowest priority and I made use of 5.2 sats/vbyte incase fees increased but I was a little wrong. I was supposed to stick to 3.2 sats/vbytes but I didn't since I just thought 5.2 was ok since it was still around US working hours.
Some people may prefer to use the low fee and prefer to wait. But I think what that is most important is to use the wallet that supports replace-by-fee. The are many bitcoin wallets that are supposed RBF.
