Maybe nothing will change in the next transfer market, it's just a matter of management and tactics that Erik Ten Hag has and the players used to be a little selfish, so it's difficult to bring Man United to a better way like before.

Perhaps Man United should fire Erik Ten Hag to see a change in this team? It is unlikely that we will see Erik Ten Hag retained despite his many defeats.
I just see that Man United have lost their fangs now.
I admit that Manchester United has probably lost the identity of its big name in the past. They were the reigning team in their time with title dominance, but now the Manchester City team has taken over the dominance. In the end, Manchester City's dominance will probably end the same as what Manchester United is experiencing now, of course if Pep Guardiola retires from the coaching bench.

It is very difficult to get the same good performance from Manchester United as before, but some coaches with a good strategic approach can lift their spirits. So far Ten Hag is not the one who can make Manchester United really recover, of course because we can see that his performance at Manchester United is very inconsistent. Firing Ten Hag is one solution, but it doesn't mean the problem is solved.
As the saying goes that every triumph must have a setback, and every setback must have a resurrection, the world spins like a wheel sometimes above and sometimes below, that's what Manchester United are experiencing at the moment, they are experiencing a decline after they had a long enough triumph in the past, and their current rival Manchester City is in its heyday with its best performance.

Many of us are saying that it is likely that if Ten Hag is removed from his chair whether Manchester United's performance can bounce back, but that's not necessarily, because we don't know who will replace him if he is removed, whether he will be much better or much worse than Ten Hag now, but the risk needs to be taken for a renewal to try to be better, Ten Hag is not one of the problems that must be solved at Manchester United.
