Some teams pay too much attention to the results they get and they will try hard to get the title in Bundesliga like Bayern Munich and they will even spend too much money to achieve the title by hiring more and more superstar players but for Dortmund everything is different and they will just hire younger players and when they have the good price they will put these players for sale to earn more money from the players. Halaand was one good example of it. Now it seems people think Dortmund is going well but it seems they are doing the best they can do to reach their own goals.
I always refer to Dortmund as a team that can be considered as the ground to breed players, I mean quality and good players who will later be of a very good price for their team and of good profit to dortmund, the obvious is that their policy allows for it so they will literally not have much challenge with such but then at some point they need to make adjustments such that this players could aswell be of help to them at some point before they finally let go of them. If most teams try to adopt the policy of Dortmund probably in a modified manner such that they will not just be selling but groom to become of good use to the team,hen they may not have to struggle around player purchases in a very long while except for rare situations.
