That's right, currently only verified accounts get birthday bonuses or based on the KYC form in the account and as far as I remember this has been implemented since 2 years ago, this is another way to attract users to complete KYC and each user has the choice to ignore it or take part. If their VIP level is Bronze - Gold, it's best to just ignore them because the bonuses are smaller around $3-5 but if Platinum up maybe it can be considered. By the way I got a birthday bonus a few months ago but I forgot how much the bonus and it was sent via email between 5pm.
