Also given ChangeNOW's extremely bad reputation around this forum, it would be logical for them to sell their platform under many different names, therefore, again, be very careful with these exchangers.
I think they also have a bad reputation outside bitcointalk forum, and I am not counting reviews from Trustpilot that are mostly paid and fake.
That being said, ChangeNOW is probably also using other third party centralized exchanges, so you can expect a bunch of connection between many exchanges.
I would not risk my coins with any of this exchanges, and there are much better alternatives like eXch or decentrlaized alternatives.
