But have you ever thought that we only have 3 matches in Serie a? Determining that Allegri is worse than Motta at Juventus cannot be concluded yet, maybe it's true and I admit that the previous season Bologna in Motta's hands experienced a very extraordinary improvement, on the other hand Juventus last season suffered a lot of defeats, but this is a new season and the journey is still far away, who is better we can see if a lot of match data is shown, we don't know if Juventus will be able to be consistent in this situation.
If we are talking about the best coaches that have ever coached or managed Juventus I will say Maximiliano Allegri is up there with them and no matter what Happened after he shouldn’t be disrespected. Last season Allegri had a poor season but I will say it is the club’s fault actually, he was hit with numerous penalties like points deduction and he had the injury crisis that had almost half of his players out which made it difficult for the team to get back to winning matches regularly although they still got to qualify for the European competitions which clearly shows how impactful he still was at the face of the crisis and that’s why he was not sacked like other coaches are him sacked.
Thiago Motta was excellent at Bologna taking them to the champions league places which I wouldn’t lie was a difficult job he did, but what’s more difficult is the consistency to repeat the same thing again. I won’t compare or rate him high enough as Allegri except if he backs it up with consistency and trophies. So for now we need to die down the consistency
