It seems the issue have been rectified. And prior to these kind of issue I really don't know the cause although I myself have experience it sometimes but whenever I have delayed or slowed withdrawals I really don't panic as what he did is exactly the best trying to the customer support to actually look into the issue of which if the casino is active like this one they will sort it out in no time.
Yes it seems that it is indeed. I am sure he will get his fund after issuing a new withdrawal since it is what CR_anders explained so he shouldn't worry about it anymore and just follow up what the support channel have replied. We should just wait for him to do it and wait for the update again this time as the last one where he didn't received the funds and credited his account because of it.
