I also think it is not fair to compare Motta new job at Juventus to Allegri old one. Allegri did great job in past but we can not expect Motta to be just like him. Motta has chance to do things his own way and make name for himself. He has experience from his old job at Bologna and Juventus has started well under him. Let's give Motta time to figure out his own way of doing things. It is exciting to see what will happen next for him and Juventus.
People are free to make their comparisons and we can see that Max Allegri began his coach career as a young coach and at small clubs before joining AC Milan and began his success in AC Milan. Max left AC Milan and joined Juventus when he was already a successful coach in Italy. In Juventus, he won many titles with them and I feel Thiago Motta is developing his coach career like Max Allegri.
Thiago started in Bologna, made big surprising success there and now he is in Junventus with a mission to help them winning Scudetto after several years without it. I don't say Thiago won't get it because he is a young coach. In Serie A history, we had some young coaches won Scudetto like Conte, Max Allegri, Simeone Inzaghi.
