I'm not a fan of Juventus but still, I want to see Juventus in good form and get good results. Juventus had Allegri working on this team for a long time but during the time when he was working there he couldn't get good results and got fired from this team and that's why they hired Moota, While Motta got amazing results in Juventus so far and he got the team improved once he joined them but it is not enough yet because compared to the other teams like Inter Milan, they need to work much harder than this to get the title of the Serie A at the end of this season.

I'm also not a fan of Juventus but I have to say objectively that they have improved a lot compared to last year, Motta is working a lot since his career taking off depends on this success. With Bologna he did well but now he has the opportunity to demonstrate that he is a top coach. Let's see what he can achieve.

But have you ever thought that we only have 3 matches in Serie a? Determining that Allegri is worse than Motta at Juventus cannot be concluded yet, maybe it's true and I admit that the previous season Bologna in Motta's hands experienced a very extraordinary improvement, on the other hand Juventus last season suffered a lot of defeats, but this is a new season and the journey is still far away, who is better we can see if a lot of match data is shown, we don't know if Juventus will be able to be consistent in this situation.
It is too early to judge Thiago Motta as better than Allegri, but the fact is that it is. Although only three matches and after seeing the three matches, Juventus managed to win the first two matches with 3 goals without reply, and their last match they managed to draw against AS Roma, of course this is a good start, especially Juventus' midfield is now more interesting with the current generation and quite promising under Thiago Motta. This is very different from Juventus last season, in the Allegri era, Juventus' game was very pragmatic, every time I watched Juventus it seemed like there was no hope of winning in the Allegri era.

So in my opinion overall Juventus' game under Motta has improved tremendously, their game is not monotonous, this is very different from Juventus in the Allegri era whose game was very boring. Motta's job now is to continue to add depth to the squad and be able to stay consistent so that he can continue to compete for trophies. Indeed this is not easy but I am sure Thiago Motta can get through all this because I see he has the same tactics as Mourinho when he coached Madrid. Relying on long passes and deadly fast attacks. It's just different when pressing. Mourinho used to prefer letting opponents play in medium areas, but Motta likes to press high.
