I believe that he hired some developers to fork a Github repository of an old shitcoin DeFi project, and started to "build" his own shitcoin DeFi/Ponzi Scheme network, which ALL of "DeFi" are - Ponzi Schemes. That's probably where he'll launder the rest of the donations that won't get spent in his campaign.
