Expectations on Vincent Kompany that he may not do well as the new coach of Bayern Munich is already turning to false and already proven a lot of people wrong to have thought of that even when they haven’t seen him managed the team yet. So far so good since the beginning of the season for Bayern Munich and I am very optimistic that they’ll do better in the coming days when they resume the league matches. The champions league competition that is yet to start is another league that a lot of people are waiting to see start and see how Bayern Munich will perform there. I hope they can prove themselves worthy as they’ve done in the Bundesliga in the champions league too when it resumes.
It is too early to judge his performance because the season just started, but we cannot dispute the fact that he have good plan for the team. He is a good coach that have less experience, because of that, some people thinks that Bayern Munich is too big for him because he couldn’t help Burnley to survive in the Premier League despite promoting them to the Premier League last season.
With the rate of the team’s performance so far this season, and during the preseason games, we can boldly say that Vincent Kompany is not a bad manager and he can do well as Bayern Munich head coach to bring glory back to Munich.
I don't want to start to rate any coach right now, "Vicent Kompany" and even the fact that Bayern Leverkusen isn't in their supposed position as seen last season, a total of two games played so far isn't something that one will begin to judge whom that will do well and whom that will not. the season is yet to mature in the sense that ,Champions League, Europa cup and other competition is yet to get started when players will be over tasked and not only that, the team might also be affected by some kind of injuries, so I'm not commending anybody and until a particular point of the season.
Even if you want to rate between Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany and Bayer Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso so far this season it will be difficult thing to do since the coach with the last seasons league trophy will be respected more than the new coach of the Bayern Munich because he has been in the league before Vincent Kompany join Bayern Munich this season.
The comparism should be done when they get to the middle of the season they is the only time to certain who is doing better in the team and individual performance as a coach. Leverkusen still has what it takes to do well this season but as a supporter of Xabi Alonso, I think he has got a long way to go and taking the players for more good training will help his boys to get better.
I agree with you on this because the defending champions coach will be rewarded more because he is still the champion for now and we can't also predict what this season will be like, for me I don't even this both should be compared at the middle of the season as you said, such comparison should be done at the end of this season to enable us get their actual performance of each of them in their managerial functions.
The league is still open and and I believe both manager has what it takes to make a difference in there respective teams, am a supporter of good football and good coaching strategy to actualize good result, I dont support any manager that's bent on making wrong decisions and never ready to admit his lapses or mistkes and learn from it in other not to damage the club reputation, the problem i have with Bayern Munich is that they conceive a lot goals from lesser teams and i think kompany should take this into consideration and work on it optimally, Bayern is regarded as a superior team and that should be maintained, as for xabi Alonso has proven himself last season but he should be aware that other teams will give him a good fight this season, though with the look of things I believe his gonna do well with his players this season despite losing 1 match out of the 2 matches they have played so far they are still in the game let's see what the season will be like for them.
