Let's stop the cap and bullshit, and at least try to follow up with other fellow members who are trying to help you. Don't say "too f*cking tired*, you're not trusting BK8 is fine and other users can understand but saying that's to other fellow members who trying to follow up on your case while most users who having a problem will mostly gonna to send the data as fast they can (while they facing some issue) and hoping the issue can be solved.

The behaviors you are doing, will gonna leave a bad expression on other members for your case cause you trying to avoid or buy time (might be things, the casino response is correct and you're the problem). @holydarkness already gave his time to at least help your case, all you need to do just try to follow up his request or advice as fast you can.
