I think you should be a little be more patient. We are currently in the plain middle of the summer, when most people are on vacations. So you shouldn't expect the issue being solved within few days if they've said in their last update that "we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution". IMO we'll need to wait several more weeks, certainly till the beginning of september.
Maybe, but what makes me suspicions is the fact that the number of Premium Membership Level Days is frozen since few weeks. This is a clear sign to me that this premium feature is going to die in one or another way, or for what reason should this happen?
And what about the customers discussing here how long a deposit should take to be credited? I can not understand why someone would like to deposit something at FBC under this circumstances.
I don't know to be honest, but if they think the premium membership program costs too much money for them why they don't just lower the prizes of the WOF or lower the probabilities of the rewards like they've already done before? They could also change the price of each premium membership level or the duration between steps.
