Yeah I think that's the main reason because Napoli were too much greedy although I believe they did all not even because of the cash but due to the fact they really wanted him stay and play for the club of which if he had a better relationship with the club he would have done that but they really pissed him off with the social media scandal and also frustrated the hell out of the striker when he tried moving out of the club .
It was good he left the club, if not he might have still been convinced to play for them before the end of the season if they don’t see the impact of the new striker they signed. I felt pity for him because of how he was treated and frustrated out of the club even though he was amongst the major players that lead Napoli to their first ever Scudetto title win. It was not fair the way he was treated but it’s good to see him play in the Turkish league under Galatasaray. He’ll indeed do very well there.
I don't think either of Manchester United or Tottenham are among the favourites to win the Europa League. They struggle with average teams how are they going to do when they face tough opponents? Manchester faced Liverpool at home and got slapped 3 goals without reply, how would it have been if they had been away at Anfield that day?
Tottenham have not been able to win Leicester City and Newcastle this season, I don't see them as a team that can go all the way in The Europa.
The Europa league might be a different competition totally but we can’t still disregard your facts about how this teams will perform in the Europa league and seen as one of the best for the Europa league title. The Europa League may require a more serious challenge and requires all team to improve more in their performance if they want to prevail in the competition. So for now, we can’t say which team would be the better choice for the title until we see how the teams will farewell in this competition.
