probably it is.but I can see DOGS price chart following NOT pattern
this is the NOT chart and the price tanked before actually having really big bullrun.
compare it to DOGS chart
and we will see similarity, maybe i should start accumulating DOGS if it ever retouch $0.0009 and below, maybe a good investment.
We need to see TON pumping in order for it to become a real case and a good investment in the future.
