Erik Ten Hag has entered his 3rd season at Manchester United but he has not been able to give his best for the club he coaches, failing in the Premier League title race and failing to go further in the Champions League should have given Man United a lot of lessons and they should look for a better coach than Erik Ten Hag.
There several good coaches, for some reason Man United still retains Erik Ten Hag, even after spending a lot of money, this coach still can't give his best.

I think Manchester United are ready to take their chances with Erik Ten Hag. ETH, who was appointed manager of Manchester United back in 2022 has only managed to obtain the same level previous managers had achieved. The Glazers are very lenient with ETH than any of their other managers. What pains me is that ETH believes he’s doing amazing work at Manchester United. He’s got the club to believe in him and trust his “process, I for one has seen all that ETH can offer and I don’t believe he is the money that can propel Manchester United to the top of the league. 
it is very unfortunate when a club as big as Manchester United has to obey a manager like Erik Ten Hag, let alone trusting his slow process, even though with almost 3 seasons, Erik Ten Hag should have been able to provide better improvements but as far as I can see Man United's performance is still the same and tends to decrease, the amount of money to recruit players also does not help the club at all. If the club is willing to accept all the risks, they must also be prepared if they end up finishing in the middle of the table on par with average clubs, even now Man United does not look like a top club because its quality is decreasing.
