I wrote here on this thread some times ago about a very complicated issue I had with BK8, regarding loss of my registered number and 2FA. I was not able to withdraw my money as a result. I took some guys advice here on forum to contact BK8 OP and he was really helpful. The guy was able to help me. BK8 even bypassed one of their rules and I was able to withdraw my money.
You all know well that the Sportsbooks and Casinos are happy to prevent you reaching your money citing their rules. I'm happy to tell you that this was not the case with BK8.

The solution you have found is definitely a very good solution. Other casino sites especially do not solve this problem. But I am very happy to see your solution to this problem. Thanks to BK8 for handling such important issues of every player very easily. The solution that BK8 got from them gave them more credibility.
I believe @klevisi just do KYC or other verification to prove ownership. Checking the IP records also will help him to claim ownership for account recovery. I experienced this same issue when I lost the phone I use for 2FA and SMS verification.
Luckily casino and exchange allows me to recover my account by doing KYC verification again since they can match my record. The good thing about BK8 on this case was they are approachable on the forum to deal with this kind of issue but other casino resolve this issue too through live support by doing same method I mention.
