Arteta definitely learned a lot while he was working at Manchester City and with Pep Guardiola but still, these two coaches are not at the same level and I think Guardiola is much better than Arteta which is the main reason why Arsenal lost the title recently however Arteta tried to do his best.
However, I think time after time Arteta is improving and he is getting closer to making Arsenal finally win the Premier League title. They even gave him enough tools and players in Arsenal who can help this coach but it seems it was still not enough for him and he failed so far.
This cannot be compared because both are like teachers and students, Arteta learned a lot from Pep Guardiola so of course right now Arteta cannot be as great as Pep Guardiola in all aspects especially in terms of experience.
But regarding winning the PL I think Aretat is on the right track, he has gone through progress in a fairly positive direction in the last few seasons so it is not impossible if he is able to maintain that consistency then one day he can beat Pep Guardiola.
All of this just takes time, Arteta has done a good job and the results will definitely be good later.
For the past two seasons, Arteta has been consistently good at competing head-to-head with his master ''Pep Guardiola", and this season, he is to challenge Pep Guardiola yet again for the Premier League title. Who knows whether this season, Arteta will prove worthy to beat his master over the Premier League title before Pep leaves Manchester City in 2025. Although there are reports that Pep Guardiola will leave Manchester City in 2025. However, this season makes it to be his last season as Manchester City coach. That means the reign of Manchester City dominating the Premier League will be over as Arsenal takes over from Manchester City in lifting the Premier League title because it is only Manchester City that is stopping Arsenal from becoming the champions of England.
