How to make them count all missed WOFs? Even if they start counting WOF again, it is not a fact that they will return all lost WOF
If we would know answer to this question, probably we wouldn't discuss this stuff for more than month.

Yeah, they had almost perfect reputation until this story. They worked hard in all these years to build their reputation and now they have ruined everything in few months :/
