Let's be honest
A person who's only concerned about the dip should be considered a trader
An investor doesn't just wait for the dip
They have a target and a plan in making their investment.
Pick a project(Bitcoin) you trust with a great future and accumulate rather than waiting for dip to sell the top.
Yes once the dip comes buy not because is a dip but an opportunity to get cheaper especially if you have the spare funds.

A person that chase the dip would get anxious if they buy the dip and more dips comes popping some might choose to quickly sell to buy cheaper especially when bloggers start posting what they know nothing about.
Alas after selling it might be too late.
Wishing for a dip, doesn't mean it would come
Try to DCA smartly. Especially if you a nocoiner or haven't accumulated enough.
You are absolutely right but I think people who are concerned about the Dip shouldn't be consider as a trader perhaps the only way we can justify this is if they buy at the Dip and sell due to slight increase in the market, I know there are people who call themselves investors yet they practice the above said statement and there are also investors who buy's at the Dip and don't sell in a short while so this is why we can't just consider people who buy's at the Dip as traders. But those who's trying to practice that... Are some times the people who panics because they invest during the Dip hoping to see a slight increase in the price so that they can pull out which is not a nice way to go about Bitcoin because it can cause problem, just imagine where someone use huge amount of money to buy Bitcoin during the Dip hoping for an uptrend and unfortunately the price Dip more don't you think this can make one to be frustrated and it can even make one to say negative things about Bitcoin.
I can conclude the point you made because I know your intention is to direct all your ideas for long-term investment.

Well for me buying in dips is certainly good in the investment journey they are doing. Some also immediately buy at once with the money they have and that is not a wrong action because they want to have bitcoin quickly, the important thing is that they continue to follow up on purchases throughout their investment journey.

On the other hand, an approach is also very much needed in navigating the investment journey because the stronger your determination to make Bitcoin an asset that is continuously purchased, the more you will be able to control your emotions when price changes occur.

If at the end point you say someone can become frustrated because the price drops, then I conclude that someone does not have a strong mentality so that he makes a mistake in the middle of the road. To anticipate this, it is better to start with a smaller value in the accumulation stage, for example $ 10 and over time it can be increased to be larger if the mentality is ready to face feelings of worry.
