It's a baby step. You still have a long way to go. Full member, then Sr. followed by Hero and Legendary. All will take you around 1 to 1.5 years if you are constantly active on the forum.
Lolz! That term is used in other forum (altcoinstalks) and as you said he still has a very long journey in the forum to the higher ranks. And that can take him not less than 2 to 3 years and I am estimating those years base on the way the forum is with this present generation. Many things have changed, mostly merit distribution which is the highest factor to grow in the forum. But his ability to create qualitative post can fast track the movement.
