Because 700 out of the first 1000 applicants are just clone accounts. It's unfair if I distribute ShareCoin only to them.

Hey Dev, I'm glad you came up with a multipool so soon, but WafflePool is not the best choice. It's rather frustating to have
your coins locked up until you make 0.01 BTC or wait till Sunday to get paid.
Payouts are processed multiple times a day, and anyone with a balance over 0.01 BTC is automatically paid in order of when you reached the threshold. On Sundays we pay everyone with a balance over 0.001.
FairCoin for example went from WafflePool to HashCows after complaints from miners tired of late payouts. HashCow payouts are on demand. Or create a blackcoin-type-of-dedicated-multipool or try something else.
Ps, I'm not a hashcow sponsor.
Let's stick with wafflepool for now. We will move to ghash.io in the future with better management and we don't have to wait for payouts.
