I suggested DGbet to create a video of how to use connect and access DGbet, hopefully they will consider it. From my experience of managing several promotions for DGbet I figured people do not understand how the wallet connection with DGbet works.

These things are very basic when using Web3 wallet and connect the wallet to a Web3 platform. People who don't know about these basic steps are actually newbies in cryptocurrency and they have to learn but DGbet as a company, actually needs to have their introduction on their service, products and guides on how to use these things on their platform.
Not only limits to the video you suggested, but the DGbet team can consider a small educational series for their users. Having such educational and introductory series, they will more easily convert guests to users.
Actually, video tutorials for each platform are needed, especially for newcomers who don't understand crypto issues and want to gamble. Hopefully, the input for video tutorials will be realized soon.
