I don't believe me to gambling experts in giving predictions for a gambling. Not all types of bets he mastered it. Sometimes in one type of gambling he is an expert, but if he plays not necessarily he is always in a winning position.
In paragraph two OP, the answer is already there. No one can guarantee it because gamblers are not always interested in the type of game that is greater the opportunity for luck than the chances of winning based on expertise
There are some gamblers who just can't stick to their rules. When their confidence level drops or confusion arise in, they try to bet on other's advice. Many accept the prediction of an experienced predictor at that time. But I don't believe in such predictions.
For conditions like this, I believe there are gamblers who try their luck by following what they (other parties) predict when they are tired and confused with unexpected hopes for the results. If they win, they are lucky. If they lose, the gambler we mean is no longer burdened.
I also do not believe in that prediction. Relying on your own analytical and predictive abilities has its own pleasure. If you are confused, it means that I am required to stop and rest.
