For the 1st test match against Bangladesh Sarfaraz Khan might not be available for Playing XI selection because for some reason he's still playing in the Duleep Trophy. It appears that KL Rahul will get the first shot because of seniority, he also did well in the last series and Sarfraz was his replacement.
Sarfraz is still on the official squad and it's happening in India so there's possibility he might play if team demands but I don't think have a slot in the playing XI because I feel team India will be playing both Pant and KL Rahul for more stability in the middle order.For the 1st test match against Bangladesh Sarfaraz Khan might not be available for Playing XI selection because for some reason he's still playing in the Duleep Trophy. We know India is a bully in Bilateral home series but we can't take any match for granted Bangladesh gave some unknown scars in the past.
