Account sales are allowed, but impersonating a staff member is not:

This is extremely bad and is very wrong impersonating staff, I think this is to give a bad misrepresentation to that staff members who would go out there to keep selling of account. And of course I don't believe it's true because no staff would stoop so low in regards of selling accounts.
