Plus did Shuffle actually "promised" that they will return your deposit, or did you merely make that assumption?

Or if there is any thing more they need from me. My only last thought was that maybe they still needed a public apology in Bitcointalk, but I have now posted that 2 weeks ago and still received nothing. I am really left in the dark and am confused.
