Business partnership is always an inevitable part of any business establishment. It is good to have a predefined blueprint from the get-go because for every partnership there must be leadership and followership as long as the parties involved understand who has the mantle of leadership in terms of critical decision-making and final say, there shouldn't be any room for some cat and dog tussle.
Every businessman will only partner when there is a mutual benefit that can be obtained and also there is mutual need between the other party and himself in the scope of the business he is running. Because if there is no potential for mutual benefit and mutual need, of course only one thing must be run and thought about more maturely, namely about competition with other parties in terms of doing business because now there are enough similar businesses so that all business owners must be able to provide the best to each of their own customers.
Of course, if the partnership does not provide benefits, why do we give resources, time, energy or thoughts if it does not have benefits for my business or myself, of course the partnership is held to achieve the interests of each.
And for businessmen, partnerships are very important for profit, competition, expansion, security and others that we can use to grow the business we manage, but whether it is worth it or not depends on how the businessman gets his partner, because if the wrong partner will also lose when what is assigned to each other is not as expected.
