what are you exactly ? What is an ECFC ?

This is the trick:
You need to buy ECFC to vote, each vote costs 10 ECFC your need 1000 votes to get listed on their exchange.
Current rate of ECFC = 0.000019 and you need 100000 ECFC so it's costs you 1.9BTC just to get listed on an
exchange where there is hardly any volume..
