I've seen some users who got tagged as spammers ^{(even if it's just neutral tags)} and I believe nothing is permanent you know? There's always a chance they can improve their posting style and be more engaging here.

With the efforts of DT members and mods keeping the forum clean and the competent signature campaign managers who don't just accept anyone anymore I think low-quality posters are starting to realize they need to step up their game. What's your take on this? Can they change or is a spammer always a spammer for life?
