18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged.
Account sales is allowed on this forum but it should be discouraged for some reasons. You will see those selling accounts to be negatively trusted and the reasons for the negative trust are given.
Is there a way that imposed rule be edited? By it means those who sold accounts arent actually violating any rules here since its allowed though the 2nd phrase is quite vague " account sale is discouraged" means not prohibited so in short those sellers are still doing nothing wrong.
I guess if people really wanted that to stop then imposed or revised a solid rule that entitles seller as violators.
