The case of dismissing a manager is nothing new in football, several great coaches have also experienced it, such as Jose Mourinho, Thomas Tuchel, Julian Nagelsmann and several other great coaches. Manchester United seem too cold with Ten Hag even though they know the team's performance is difficult to improve under his management. I am very skeptical about Ten Hag's ability this season, especially since the EPL is getting more competitive after Liverpool returned to their best form after appointing a new coach. Dark horse teams like Aston Villa, Brighton and Newcastle are also ready to provide a surprise, So Manchester United chances of finishing in the European zone at the end of the season are very small.
The manager is paid to manage the team well but if the manager fails to manage the team well then the management can definitely fire him and hire a new one it is a very natural phenomenon. Other clubs such as Bayern Munich, PSG, Chelsea have done this regularly but for Manchester United, sacking a manager seems to be a very tough move. They are tolerating the poor performance of the managers but they are not firing the manager. Last season Manchester United could have sacked this manager but instead of doing that they put their trust in this manager and this manager is constantly letting them down. With a full season left now it is up to the Manchester United management to decide whether the management will wait for the full season or fire this manager now.
Honestly, I don't care about the last season…the most important thing is this season but I’m not impressed with the United match so far.
But Ten Hag is still the manager so he has to do everything to get United back on the track and find their best form.
And ensure the players have fresh legs in the Manchester United squad for the many games ahead.
It’s important to stay informed about player injuries and recovery times, as they can affect team performance.
This season is the last chance for him. So, no more excuse
