As a sports lover & casino player I have submitted my VIP application & got approved.
After 3 combined deposits (total $5k) and some unlucky sessions of gameplay I have asked them to credit the first VIP cashback offer - it got delayed a bit due to weekend but they credit it properly.
With the cashback VIP offer I had lucky enough to request a decent withdrawal (approved with no further issues).
Overall my experience on Metawin was really good. Feedback 9/10
Some suggestions:
1. Focus on a better smooth and functional layout;
2. VIP Promotions tab - as far as I was analyzing, there are only the Winback & Leaderboard promotions ongoing (?)
Great to hear some first experience about the VIP transfer and cashback promo. And sorry for your loss, would have been better to not need to promo to get some money back, right?
Anyway, about the design of the site I have made the same observation. It is very minimalistic what you can actually see about your account and your wagers/VIP stuff and other things. I would also like it more also if you could set up your own password and 2FA, that would make it much safer I think. Just sending a link to the verified email is not the safest approach if you ask me.
