The problem currently lies in the capital of $2500, this is the problem, that amount of money nowadays doesn't have much value, for Real Estate investment you can't do anything, want to buy land, making a boarding house or buying a machine to work on the land, the money is not enough for me. That amount of money can be invested in Real Estate investment, the only thing to add value in the future, of course you have to do it in crypto investment.
