The software you mentioned will not work for you. Most of them don't even check uncompressed addresses. Your address is not p2pkh. Those programs check p2pkh Compressed addresses.  Your address is p2wpkh ... Also sometimes mnemonic words give a check digit error. Because tools asre not convert entropry to seed...  There is a way around this. This way you can generate a real key and withdraw your money. You can contact me if you want me to help you.
