Today I received an email from someone claim to be customer care of BK8, the email tell me that I received a free balance worth 500k IDR.
I was skeptical when I read the email because it is so simple and unlikely an official email from a casino like BK8.
After checking the sender address, it is using gmail
which makes me more skeptical about this email.
Surprisingly there is no link attached in the email (scammer usually add a phishing link) except a link to a whatsapp account where I can claim the bonus.
Other suspicious things is that the email mention 2 names: BK8MAHKOTA and BK8BERJAYA.
@BK8 can you confirm whether it is your official customer care or not and whether above 2 domain names are official or not?
I don't think that it's from them if it's using a gmail for emailing their customers. Anyway, currently isn't it for just some regions that BK8 is currently in maintenance? some system upgrade is likely happening now. Any thoughts when it will be back or did I missed some announcements?
