We have said it several times without number on this gambling board that gambling is not for making money. Gambling should only be for fun.

Or let me put it this way. If you want to gamble, either for fun or to make money, do not use more than 1% to 5% of your weekly income on gambling. The recommended percentage is 1% but I do not see 5% affecting me. So if you can not go more than 1% of your weekly income, do not go more than that.

If gambling is taking your money, do not gamble again.
You are very correct. The losses from gambling typically places someone in an uncomfortable and wreckless situations. The tensions they get entangled to mentally/emotionally becomes and holds a drastic impact and pressure on their overall health and life.
People fail to realize this mistakes early,Gambling victims suffer a lot and these things can trigger and worsen revengeful approach to the general life journey or experiences.
The most painful and detrimental effect of gambling addiction is not just financial loss, you lose precious relationships, respect, time and opportunities. Gambling addiction has led so many people to unimaginable loses which only a few recover from, most addicts never repent from their bad characters and such ones are doomed.

Others turn around, but are faced with the realities of the aftermaths of their excessive involvements in gambling. All these starts from a wrong orientation or a careless approach to gambling activities. It is very good that we've the orientation of gambling with what we can afford to lose and follow it strictly to lessen the possibilities of chasing loses which is the main causes of gambling addiction in people.
