Thanks for hearing out my feedback. The bonus system is still not working automatically since the bonus doesn’t appear after I click activate and made deposits. Active customer support is crucial on time like this because it helps user to fix the issue immediately. In my case I just play without the bonus since support will be online after 8hrs.
