They should learn from other casinos which had similar problems here and resolved it. If they really want to resolved the issue then they should create a separate thread only for that purpose and allow only people that have that problem with the casino to submit their application and solve them because from the way I am seeing things, the more they solved issues from the website, the more the problems increase. When I came to the forum in the early 2022, Freebitco.in was one of the good casinos as of then but everything has changed. They should just learn from others to resolve things amicably. And as for now, it is not advisable to deposit funds in the casino and if anyone does that they he knew what he is doing. And there should be no complain from the person.
I never expected that freebitco.in's reputation would drop so drastically when they got into various problems. Until now there are many questions that are difficult to answer about the future of this site and of course this makes their potential customers hesitate to make a deposit. I don't follow how the case develops, but when they don't improve after a few months, then user trust will basically drop.
There are many changes in the management as we can read in some previous posts, so maybe they are not as perfect as before. Changes in management and team will definitely bring positive changes, but sometimes it is also not positive especially if the handling of the problem is so slow. We all hope for the best, but the future lies with the team behind it.
