Having such power, any fool would be the most useful user, because having all the hidden data in your hands, you can be almost a god on the forum. I don’t see any personal merits for thew forum of his conditioned by his personal moral and volitional qualities before the forum. Without his own access to everything on the forum - Loyсev is just an infantile, weak-willed creature who has no opinion of his own, is incapable of defending the weak and standing on the side of fairness.
 
Every time his contests are held, there are some kind of shenanigans and showdowns. Lots of bots. The same boring faces always win.
