I have never used Alicebob wallet and I don't know how it works.
Can you see list of your addresses on Alicebob wallet? If so, check if they are same as addresses generated by electrum.

I got the address from the AliceBob wallet, which was imported into Electrum; both display the same address.
The problem with OP is whether he has the wallet private key/ mnemonic seed. If he has it, he can import it to Electrum and it's done like Husna QA tested successfully. If OP does not have private key/ mnemonic seed, it's done in another way, he lost that wallet and bitcoin.No private key, no access to your bitcoin. Import a public address will create a watch-only wallet, and with it it's unable to spend bitcoin.
