I don't necessarily like the idea of using community money to carry on such tasks except the community made such volunteer help to the masses, yes we know the economic state of the country and how it has affected alot of people including the poor in particular making it difficult for them to involve in alot of things for themselves and family but I'm glad that no one is permitted to limit his/herself in respect to that, I know that with the current trends on unstable economy even the poor find it hard to fend for themselves which has made ithem to source for means to tackle this menace and come out with results.
What I know is that Hardwork begets succes and if anyone should undergo any sorts of works inorder to earn a living it's sure for a succes even if it takes a long time to achieve that, so for the solution aspects I think everyone needs it both rich and poor needs a remedy to that issues their facing.
