1. ETH is concerning, despite being number 2 by market cap, so many people are fudding it due to EF sell offs and so on, but so far ETH market is just fine, the trend pretty much follow BTC, there aren't any big ETH events that could cause turbulence to the market so far that I know, when you invest in ETH just consider the price action to be the same as BTC.
2. don't really know about the correlation, but I think the cut rate have more influence to the market.
3. after rate cut taking place, bitcoin has been bullish, it always bounces back at resistance around $62500 - $62250, if weekly candle close at $63k or more, I expect BTC to go up to the level of $65k or $68k, then maybe can still go up even higher.
