I think that's Donald Trump's idea. He's talked a few times about using cryptocurrencies to restore the power of the dollar, using stablecoins. In his speeches, at different times, Trump talks about restoring the power of the dollar and how some of the "restrictions" on China and Russia are having the opposite effect, accentuating the decline in the use of the dollar.
But when you look at the reality today, I don't think that's the reality or the plan. And I don't think that's part of BlackRock's plan. To me, BlackRock is really looking at Bitcoin as a reserve and an alternative to the devaluation of the dollar.
