15 or 20 years would be much better, especially if she ever gets accepted to be paroled early. She was obviously guilty, and is probably still extremely dangerous, some people never learn and never change. With an 8 year sentence she might be out in as little as ~4 years, and I would not want to live anywhere near her.
Women's Prisons are far better than men's ones usually, but 15-20 years would be a rather harsh punishment IMO. Behind a computer some people don't really realize what they are doing sometimes and the consequences of their actions in real life, since they stay in a virtual world.
