We provide the RTPs that they set themselves.
Could you please clarify exactly what you meant?I believe he is pertaining to the available games you are offering for NLC provider which has low RTP. NLC is the most brutal when it comes to volatility while the available games you offer has lowest RTP.
He is not telling that you manipulate the RTP but rather you are offering a game with a low RTP.
